The drivers are very helpful and obliging, punctual and polite. Language was an issue but one that cannot be overcome with technology and a great attitude on the part of the drivers. I'm from Singapore, and have never heard a word of Catalan nor Spanish beyond Ricky Martin's. The drivers' were wonderful and really tried their best to make the experience a seamless one.

But our bad experience goes deeper than that. First, they won the bid among 3 to 4 others quoting €1,800 for our trip. After we confirmed our reservation, they changed their quote to €2,600. Second, our bank required additional details, such as bank address, account name, etc. so that we could complete the transfer to their bank. Instead, they replied, "We already gave you the account number. Sort out the rest of the details yourself." However, after wiring the total amount in full, when I asked for a confirmation or receipt of payment, their reply was, "Here is your receipt. Now please pay the balance." Third, we REQUIRED an English-speaking driver. When we met him, all the English he could say was, "No speak English." Fourth, we were a group of 19 people with 8 children, 4 senior citizens, 2 blind persons and 1 person on a wheelchair. We specified our pick-up and drop off points, but they were never followed, except once when I had to insist that the driver pick us up in front of the hotel because other buses of similar sizes were doing it. Given the size of our group and the inherent capacities, it was a logistical nightmare for us, sometimes having to hire taxis to shuttle us to and from the pick up and drop off points and where he should have actually picked up and dropped us off. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- Reply transport company: Dear Alfred we don’t understand your opinion about the trip. About the payment: we have provided a payment receipt as requested As for the language capacities of the driver we agree with you that he spoke no English but yes he understands some words. Besides that the Filipins generally get around quite well in the Spanish language and the driver told me that there were no problems communicating with them and that the trip took place as contracted.
