We ordered a Luxury VIP BUS.
while waiting for the bus (that was late! in 15 Minutes) we found out that we got a regular tourists bus.
We are very disappointed from the service of the company that was late and did not provide what we ordered as we ordered, although we paid for a Luxury bus. and asked for it very clearly at our request for quotation.
We were so disappointed from the company lack of reliability and lack of good services that we decided not to continue using the company's services for the drive back like we ordered.
We are a big gaming company and we ordered the bus for a group of very important customers and were very surprised by the lack of reliability of the company, and in addition to all of that the bus driver said that if we want change the hour of the return trip we will have to add money, despite her being late and wasting valuable time for us and made us look bad in front of our most valued customers.

Of course we are not pleased if our clients are not happy with our service. We always try to solve any unexpected problems before hand. In this case the VIP coach was not available which you requested. In our mail exchange we indicated that we can send a regular luxury coach. This may have passed your attention and that is unfortunately. So instead we have provided the KLM coach with free wifi on board for the duration you have requested.
