They were at a different location 10 minute walk away and i only found out because I rang them to find out where they were at 10 mins past 12. I understand that they say the mini bus was not allowed i to the smaller streets by the police...however they should have known this in advance and communicated it to me accordingly and organised a different pick up address. Our grouo had to drag their luggage across the city.
