Waiting to the airport until we find him waiting in the outside area which off course as an visitors we didn’t know how to approach ... everybody else was waiting to the bus area with signs .... Of course he didn’t care at all to help us to put the luggage in to the bus and he didn’t apologize for the delay . At the other way the way from hotel to airport a perfect A ! He was polite and at his time !

15/04/2019 Rating by Ian Anderson from United KingdomWe booked a bus for 14 people to pick us up from cruise port then round Barcelona and finally to airport. Looked for bus at port and only bus sized for us was booked for someone else. Tried numbers on communications/web site but no answer. Discovered that company trades under a different name and not the name on communications. Found bus which had been waiting some time in middle of other tour buses but no card showing our names which is what I expected, bus was full sized so not what we were looking for and driver didn't know name of party booking and didn't speak any English. Once we agreed the bus was for us and we were loaded up my schoolboy Spanish from many years ago was enough to get things organised as we split up to go to different places and meet up at agreed times. In summary after disorganised start all went well and driver got us to all the places we wanted at the times on our tickets. Bus was very nice but much larger than expected!
