Not many companies were happy to book an extra vehicle to carry large sports equipment and I felt they were great for doing that. Slight problems: On the outbound journey. The lorry for extra luggage decided to take a spontaneous lunch break and left most of the group at the hotel with no luggage for an hour. On the return journey, one of the bike boxes were crushed and damaged as the driver forced the door shut.

Another one ask me by email if I was still interested in this service TWO days before we arrive in Alicante and ask me for a payment. It was a mistake. Another one ask me to send the proof of my payment after we were still arrived at the hotel ... and another one send me an autocar the wrong day. !!!! I think that the communication has to be improved, and quickly... :-(
