"Lack of communication after sending various messages to confirm booking and how to proceed with payment/payment received. It did leave me feeling worried. However coach arrived right on time and was a exactly what we needed. It is also not made clear that a 30min stop needs to be made due to the amount of time a driver can drive with out breaks which messed our timings up a bit. "

25/07/2018 Rating by Amyn Sayani from CanadaGenerally very good communication and responsive. We had good exchanges with Ana at the company and she was very helpful in the organization of the trip. The bus was timely and met us where agreed and the driver was mostly professional. Unfortunately, the vehicle sent did not have a working AC which we dealt with, but this could have been checked ahead of time. Communication was not clear about where or how the bus could have been changed at a subsequent service station, which would have been appreciated.

28/06/2017 Rating by Katie McLeod from United KingdomI was disappointed with the service as the coach was late and then could not take our group to the road that we wanted to be dropped meaning our clients had to walk on hilly and quite slippery cobbled streets (for which we received complaints). I appreciate the coach was too large to get to where we wanted it to be however I would have appreciated warning in advance that this was the case as I could have arranged smaller vehicles instead. We had to arrange taxi's for our return journey to avoid anyone slipping over on the walk back to the coach and when I tried to contact the driver to let him know we didn't require the return journey I could not get hold of him. Had I needed to tell him that we were ready to be collected I would not have been able to do so (he requested we call 10 mins before we wanted him to come back). I was able to reach the lady from the office and I assume she was able to call him eventually. Messages I left on the RentAutobus messenger facility were not responded to in the lead up to the booking which was frustrating. When I was able to reach someone at the office they were helpful and nice to deal with but unfortunately the experience on the night was not great.

Is there a charge for cancellation of coach service?

Until 15 days before the beggining of the service, you can cancel free of charge. If you cancel between 14 and 10 days before the beggining of the service, we will charge you 15% of total amount of the service. If you cancel between 4 days and 1 day before the beggining of the service, we will charge you 50% of total amount of the service. If you cancel in the same day of service, we will charge full total amount.

The company has a bus with a toilet?

In Portugal and Spain, it may vary from seventy five Euros to one hundred fifty per day. In France, you can count from one hundred fifty to three hundred and fity per day for parking fees . Evolus - Transportes de Turismo
