23/10/2017 Rating by Frans van Dessel from NetherlandsBeste mevrouw, meneer. Wij als groep waren niet tevreden over uw materiaal en diensten. De bus was te laat bij PortoAirport. Niet de juiste bus (groot), de bus heeft 2x zich vast gereden in Braga en bij B&B Quinta de Vale Porcacho. Ook moesten we bij Santuario do Bom Jesus do Monte beneden meer dan een half uur wachten omdat de chauffeur de weg terug naar beneden niet meer wist, heen naar boven duurde het maar 5 minuten! Geen navigatie! Grote bus geen navigatie aanwezig, wel om 17:00 uur toen had de chauffeur in eens een Tom Tom navigatie. In de kleine bus (prima maat) geen airco, alle dagen boven de 30gr. Dit kon echt niet het was snikheet in de bus. Kleine bus geen navigatie, chauffeur zijn eigen telefoon navigatie. 2e dag: 1 1/2 uur te laat het hele progamma aanpassen, boos restaurant waar we een lunch zouden nuttigen de chauffeur zei dat hij had afgebeld. Volgens het restaurant niet, heel vervelend. 2e dag: geen kennis van wegennet die dag zelfs om gereden via de grote wegen 76 km te veel gereden. De chauffeur wilde niet meer in de bergen terug rijden (rokende remschijven) volgens mij vertrouwde de chauffeur zelfs zijn eigen bus niet. 4e dag: 2x motor geen vermogen (de laatste dag op weg naar PortoAirport) stil staan op een grote weg! In de offerte had ik een keuze en ik heb gekozen voor "de beste prijs is belangrijk" maar als dit inhoud dat we er oud materiaal voor kregen, vind ik dit op zijn minst dat u dat had moeten vermelden in uw offerte wat "de beste prijs is belangrijk" dit inhoud. Want u adverteert met foto's van bussen die er fraai en luxe uitzien. Nou daar hebben wij in die 4 dagen niks van gemerkt. Zelfs de kleine bus was onbetrouwbaar, geen prettig gevoel. We hebben niks op de chauffeurs aan te merken, zij hebben van alles gedaan om ons naar ons zin te maken. Het zou wel prettiger zijn als de chauffeurs een beetje Engels spreken. Dat deed de laatste wel een beetje. Wij als groep wilde dit toch even aan u vermelden en verwacht ook een compensatie van uw kant. Met vriendelijke groet, Frans van Dessel

This really interrupted our plans for the day as we had a surfing lesson booked at Guincho beach. The coach driver also took a really long route to the beach which resulted in the journey time taking double the time that we expected.

19/09/2016 Rating by Carsten Clausen from DenmarkDuring my ordering of the bus it was clearly mentioned that we should leave the hotel 10 in the morning and the address was given for the approximately 2 hours drive. The driver showed up at 08.45 in the hotel reception. He thought we just should pass the river (a very short trip). Therefore he didn't knew the right destination. So he had to add more fuel and come back at the agreed time. After half an hours drive the bus was in such a bad condition that we couldn't continue. A replacement bus was ordered and it came 45 minutes incl. a new driver. OK we came an ½ hour late to our appointment. None of the drivers and one in the company spoke English.

1/06/2016 Rating by Frank Ruppen from United StatesI thought a little feedback would be helpful. Overall, Vitor, the driver, was a very nice and cautious driver. However, we had problems. First, he was given handwritten instructions that were different than the email I provided. He had a copy of that email yet they left off the first stop which was a problem because we were meeting people there. So, we ended up having to delay our first visit while he went back to pick them up. In the end, we had cut our first quinta visit short by more than 30 minutes. Secondly, the bus was not strong enough for many of the Douro hills. In fact, at one quinta we had to have their workers drive us in shifts to the winery, or we walked more than a mile up hill in the heat as the bus driver said the bus lacked sufficient power to drive up the hill. Lastly, the trunk on the bus leaked badly. On our final trip to Lisbon, we had heavy rain. Every one who had soft-sided luggage had soaked clothing. The leakage was so heavy it went through the luggage and into their suitcases which presented problems as people were forced to return home with wet clothing as we could not get them dry at the hotel. But, I was dissatisfied with this bus company.
