This taints the company by association.I can honestly say I've never received such rude service as the driver of our coach. We hired the coach to transport journalists and YouTubers to to an event on behalf of our client. The coach was 45 minutes late to collect which effected our whole event. When he came to collect us at 22:30 he then insisted he would leave unless everyone was on the coach at 22:45. I started rounding up our guests and sent them down to the coach. When I came down at 22:40 he was refusing to let anyone on the coach saying he wouldn't until I told him that this was everyone. I pointed out the obvious that the sooner he started letting people on the sooner we could be on the road. In the end I stood in front of the coach to stop him from driving off leaving our valued guests in the middle of nowhere an hour from the hotel. The irony is, we would have been ready to leave at 22:30 if he hadn't been 45 late to collect and therefore delayed the whole start to the event. This was all unacceptable and causing damage to our relationships with important guests. However, for me, the most disgraceful part was that when in conversation with one of my colleagues, who is of Indian descent, he asked in a disgusting tone "do you speak English?". She speaks perfect English. He was just too pig headed, aggressive, and rude to listen. We return to Cologne every year for Gamescom and it's safe to say we will not be using your company again. I have worked in PR and marketing for over ten years and I have never received such rude and unforgiveable service.

The vehicle was very clean and more spacious than we needed which was a nice surprise. Only small point is that the assigned vehicle was due to have a TV and fridge but the one that came did not. I had stated beforehand that there were no specific requirements so I wont markdown for this and perhaps it was due to timing of enquiring for the reservation and then confirming it. All in all very happy and would book again.

I had to call them many times and speak Dutch (I am an international student who has basic Dutch knowledge) in order to plan my trip. A bit disappointed at this level.

Voor de eigenaar van Horn Tours 4 sterren want hij zorgde dat alles in orde kwam. De gebruiksaanwijzing van de airco was jammer genoeg bij de chauffeur totaal onbekend waardoor wij in een veel te warme bus die niet te regelen was door Maastricht werden gereden. Het verzoek om even in de frisse lucht een kleine stop te mogen maken kon niet worden gehonoreerd omdat de chauffeur op tijd voor de kermis thuis wilde zijn....

We have no extra costs and assume you need the bus for the whole trip with the group. If we have a more specific time scedule we can lower the price if the bus is not needed.

Hello, Why 2 drivers? This is all in the limits of the max. 10 driving hours a driver can make. Te trip as such is only 2,5 hours and incl. mob/demob 5,5-6,0 hours in total. If you like to have 2 drivers the cost will be 250 EUR extra and we can provide this service. Grt. Martijn
