The issues we had were: * The bus was a 55 seater instead of the 17 or 19 seater we were expecting. The became an issue because he couldn't take the bus to certain areas where we had planned to be dropped off or picked up. * The bus was old and pretty worn out on the inside. Lighting, broken chairs, worn upholstery. * The bathroom was not functional. * Whenever the air was turned on (heat or cold), the smell of urine would go throughout the bus which was very unpleasant. * The driver and the company didn't seem to communicate much. Example was in Florence the driver thought I was booking a hotel for him which was not and should not be the responsibility of the client. I had printed and give the itinerary to the driver because the company didn't provide it to him. * The bus constantly smelled like smoke. * The cost for this bus company was several hundred and even thousand in some cases above what others quoted. I would not use this company again.

As we were communicating beforehand, there were times that I hadn't heard back from them in a long time, so I would reach out again only for them to say there was a problem, but wouldn't tell me the problem so I could fix it. I only found out from the Rentautobus customer service, that they didn't know how to do something. Also, the driver they assigned spoke barely any English, even though, once again, this was advertised to have someone who spoke English and a big reason why I chose this company.

Are there extra charges if we go over the daily limit of kilometers of the mini bus?

Giuseppe, Do you know where Parco delle Nazioni is and do you know if the coach you have specified will be able to access this location. I know some streets in Roma are small and tight so your confirmation that our guests will not have to walk for kilometers to reach the venue would really help us. Thanks in advance Pascal

Dear Pascal, We checked with Parco delle Nazioni. The bus can get close to the castle but you have to walk around 250-300 metres uphill because the bus cannot get up to the castle. If you wish to avoid your guest to walk uphill (the road is not very good), we can arrange shuttle service with little van and drive the guests uphill and then drive them down to the bus at the end of the event.
