"It was unfortunate that the Driver was unable to directly access the pick up point, due to his GPS being inadequate. It was resolved only by the porter from our Hotel driving out to meet him, and guiding him to the pick up point. Othrwise, it was all very good."

No problem transfer was fine. Transfer 13.02. I have been invoiced for 60€ extra for waiting time. I am waiting for the group leader to let me know the reason. I gave te correct flight number and time and am waiting to see if the flight was in fact late. I have spoken to the school regarding the late pick-up at Munich airport. The problem arose owing to the fact that only 2 immigration desk was open causing a 60-90 minute I have received an invoice for 60Eur that i will pay today.
