26/07/2016 Bewertung von Owen Pidcock von SpanienWe rented a bus for a round trip, each way on different days so we had 2 different drivers. On the first day everything run smoothly and the driver was nice and on time. I would have given the driver 5 stars but due to the incident that hapend on the second trip I feel obliged to give them 1 star! On the second day the bus driver was late and when we asked him to do an extra stop at the airport as some of the passengers were going to miss their train connection to the airport and therefore miss their flights, he not only said no, he denied being late, which was outrageous (55 people were waiting for him, you can not lie to 55 people's faces!), he also did everything in very bad manners. Some of the passangers ended up having to take taxis which cost about 45 euros, I think this is not fair at all!! Also, when we talked to the bus company they didn't help us at all and didn't want to agree on the extra stop! The only solution they offered was dropping everybody off at the airport instead of the train station, which was not a good solution as not everybody was flying from the same airport and also one of the passangers was an 8 moth pregnant lady who would have had to then take the train back to town (making her 2 hour journey into an easily 3 h one) as she was not flying on that day!! They didn't care about that at all even though it was they own fault! Very bad customer service! -------------------------------------------------- TRANSPORTIST REPLY: It is true that the driver arrived 10 minutes later because he mistook the meeting point and was waiting at a point close. When he arrived to meeting point, the costumer wanted to add a second stop, which was not included in the original request. From our traffic department, we try to change our internal planning to make this new stop, but it was not possible. We offered the chance to take the group to Barcelona airport to they don’t to lose the flight, but they did not accept. They wanted two stops. After informing the costumer a second time, they informed to the driver that they wanted to go to Barcelona train station. They arrived 10 minutes before the scheduled time. The train takes 19 minutes to get from the Barcelona Sants train station to the airport and the pass frequency between trains is 30 minutes. When customers change the itinerary at the last minute, we try to do it, but sometimes it's not possible. Kind regards, Jaume

21/07/2015 Bewertung von Feyi Boroffice von Vereignite StaatenManuel was great! He was on time and efficient. We got to all our destinations on time and got back to the ship early. The bus was very nice. It was a very hot day and we stayed cool in the bus. The seats were very comfortable. The microphone also made it easy to talk to the group. The only issue I had was communication. Email was fine but there were some issues I wanted to discuss on the phone. I don't speak Spanish and so it was difficult to find someone to discuss issues with during the planning. I will highly recommend this bus rental service to other traveling to Barcelona
