Obwohl unserer Flug mit einer Stunde Verspätung ankam, wartete der Busfahrer und verlangte keine Zusatzgebühren. El conductor nos estaba esperando en los lugares acordados con total puntualidad. Aunque nuestro vuelo llegó con retraso nos espero sin cobrarnos recargo.

20/10/2015 Beoordeeld door Anita Miller van AustraliëPickup each morning was on time at our Hotel and driver dropped us at the entrance to IFEMA outside 9H.Hall each day. Pickup each afternoon was a different driver with a different bus. These drivers did not tell us they were in a different parking area of IFEMA. One driver was parked in A1 parking area. One was outside Hall 5A. We waited each time at the drop off entrance of 9H as advised to the morning driver, only to then have to search the entire IFEMA complex to find the driver who is picking us up. We were not given their telephone numbers and were not aware they were in a different bus than the original morning bus. No sign was shown on these buses. Our party of 13 people split up to search for the bus which is picking us up from IFEMA. When half our party found the bus, the bus drivers refused to drive to where the other half our party were to pick them up where they were searching also. IFEMA is a huge complex and after walking all day our feet were sore already. --------------------------------------- We are very sorry for your dissatisfaction. We want that you know that the changes at the pick up places was not improved by Bus Banet, this was a problem generated by the organization of the IFEMA, changing every day the pick up places for the congress passengers. We informed you every day via SMS, in your language, where the coaches were waiting.

5/10/2015 Beoordeeld door Jan Kampinga van Nederlanddie 4 sterren voor stiptheid gelden alleen de heenreis omdat de bus te laat op het vliegveld was en we eerst zelf moesten bellen om de reden daarvoor te horen. De rest is 5 sterren waard want alle afspraken werden verder keurig nagekomen. Een volgende keer kiezen we weer voor deze vervoerder want het is een bijzonder prettig bedrijf om zaken mee te doen.
