"We had a pleasant and comfortable trip. The driver even arranged a child seat for the teturn trip. Because he had to pick it up from the office he showed up about 20 minutes late. This was no big deal for us, since he made a call upfront to inform us that he would arrive 20 minutes later than agreed. All in all we had an excellent experience with the service that he provided."
