It was a bit stressful the day we left the states as we were still unsure as to whether or not the bus would be there for us. The payment process was not well received. We paid what we were told, however the day we were leaving were informed that we still owned money, even though my transferred reflected the total amount we were charged. I never did find out if there were additional fees that were applied that we were not made aware of or what. If there were bank fees involved, that is something that should be disclosed in the booking... But on the good side, the driver was wonderful and the bus ride pleasant.
