    I sent numerous messages asking for confirmation of the details of our pickup in Pamplona. They were never answered until just before our arrival. It was inconvenient to pay by bank transfer, but if those are your rules, then I accept that.

    The driver was very nice and accommodating, but we had issues understanding each other as they did not speak english. But I was very happy with the service.
