    Unsere Anforderung in unserer Spezifikation über Valdemossa und Deja nach Port de Soller zu fahren wurde nicht weiter geleitet. Der Fahrer verlangte nach Rücksprache mit seinem Chef einen Mehrpreis von 150 Euro. Nach 20 Minuten Diskussion mit Fahrer und Chef wurde die Fahrt angetreten. Nach mehrfacher Wiederholung von mir dass die gesamte Mietdauer 3 Stunden bzw. 115 km nicht überschreitet würde dir Diskussion beendet. Meine Gäste waren mehrmals irritiert wegen der Diskussion.Warum wurde der Routenverlauf unserer Spezifikation nicht weiter geleitet? Auch die Anforderung im Vorfeld eine Anzahlung zu leisten war verwirrend, da sie nur Barzahlung beim Fahrer bestätigte.

    Wir sind angekommen wo wir wollten, hatten aber keinen guten Beginn vor Abfahrt.

    I have a question. Can you confirm your vehicle is large enough for 7 people and 7 bike boxes?

    These a re the dimensions of each box:

    Maximum height: 92cm.
    Maximum length: 113cm.
    Maximum width: 32cm.

    In Pollenca we will initially go to the offices of the villa company who will then direct us to our villa which is close to Pollenca. Will that change the quote?

  • Does the price of the coach change due to schedule changes?

    Hi,

    Thank you for your quote for our trip. Before booking the trip we would wish to make some changes to the times.

    We require the journey to start at the hotel Panorama at 19:00 June 23rd and return from Magaluf on morning June 24th at 02:00.

    can you confirm if these changes are acceptable at the same price quoted?
