Our company, Autocares Carmona, was founded from a family tradition.

We started from scratch with two buses. We are recognized in the city of Malaga for cleaning and drivers we have.

We are dedicated to the carriage of discretionary and school community. Also, we realize:

    The Company ignored that we had an hour tour in Granada. No explanations before or afterwards.

    First the bad. They did not acknowledge receipt of payment despite me asking for confirmation it had been received, and Monica from RentAutobus asking them to respond. Then on the first day they did not turn up and we had to phone them to ask where they were. Next, when they finally arrived they insisted that they had NOT received payment, despite the fact that I provided them with my bank details showing that a payment had been made to their account. As a result they refused to take us anywhere without out cash being given to them. As we were already late for our cricket match and we had wasted more time arguing about payment, we gave the driver the cash. When we were nearly at our destination the driver received a phone call, obviously verifying that they had in fact received payment. The driver apologised and gave us our cash back, but so much time and effort had been wasted when it needn't have. I would suggest the business needs to improve it communications with the customer, and its general administration. On the plus side the lady that was our driver for the remaining 3 trips was very nice, and kept to the agreed times.

    Prettige organisatie met prima service. Alleen lastig dat ze echt alleen Spaans spreken.

    Really Nice busses, kindly staf and good on time! They do not speak good english but Try to do their best!

    they were easy to book and quick at responding. We were picked up on time and the journey was comfortable. I would recommend them to friends and family.

    Communication was not a problem once the link was established, due to a server problem.

    The mobility bus was excellent and necessary for our wheelchair students. Both commented that the trip was brilliant.

    The unexoected 35 min stop at gas station when going to Granada almost ruined our day. (Driver had his breakfast.) We seniors with morion problems had to run to Nazir palace in 15 minutes (800 meters). But - we did it.

    The ratings above are for the lady who drove us for the 3 of the 4 journeys. The start of the weekend was a disaster but she was good.

    The driver was punctual for both trips - was friendly and very courteous when helping load the luggage into the boot. Would not hesitate in use this driver again.
