Would you kindly let us know if we will have to contact each day in order to check wfor the availability of vehicle or will it be guaranteed that on the selected dates the vehicle will provide us the transportation.

Right now we have availability for all services.

The vehicle would definitely be booked when making the payment of 100%, which in this case is set for the 08.19.2015 deadline.

Once the payment has bene received all the services will all be reserved for you.
VAT included in the quote for 22 seater mini bus?

Dear sir/madam,

this seems to be a good offer, but I have a few questions:
1. The price of Euro 330,- , is VAT included?
2. The capacity of the bus is 22 persons and 22 suitcases. Everyone will also have cabin luggage as a porter or a bag, is that a problem?
3. What exactly do you mean with “Availability vehicle on request only”…? I assume that the vehicle is guaranteed when the order is signed?
4. At what time the coach is at the airport (landing time is about 15.15 PM)?
5. How and where we will find the driver, is he carrying something like a banner with a name on it?
6. If we have to be at 08.00 AM at the latest at the Barajas airport, at what time you suggest us to leave in Chinchon (because of traffic reasons etc.)?

The price of € 330 including VAT.

If the 22 bags were average size for a 5 day trip would be no problem .

The vehicle is definitively booked when income is in the bank

If the plane arrives at 15.15 h . , 16 h . It is a good time to pick them up .
Tell us the name of someone who wants to do the poster, the flight number and the terminal for arriving and driver will be with the poster waiting for the door you go .

For the return on the 29th, the time would be better at 06.30 am

If you finally decide on our offer , we would also need data (name , address and identification number ) of the person or company you have to do the bill.
