The name “Ruidera” comes from the Spanish word for noisy, ruidoso, which is an apt description of the numerous cascades. This is a must-see for every nature lover.
This is part of the remains of the wall above the Toledo Highway in downtown which used to surround the city. When it was intact, it was about 4.5 km (2.8 miles) long. This is the only gateway from the ancient wall that is still standing.
