    Unable to pay by credit card and great difficulty obtaining bank details to make a bank transfer in advance. Should have taken company's advice and paid cash on the day. Driver came from Santander to pick up in San Sebastián and was 40 minutes late due to accident on motorway. However he arrived back at Bilbao Airport on time for party to check in.
