If I have a delay do I pay more to the driver of the coach?

Hi we need to be at Saltamos Skydiving by 11.30am, is a 10.00am pick okay. Also if there is a delay in the skydive, can we make the pick up a little later if we ring you in advance.

The bus was over an hour late due to a flat tire, which wasn't the drivers fault. The company called promptly to let us know about the delay. Once he arrived our driver was very accommodating dropping us off and picking us up as our itinerary required. He was very personable as well.
