    This company did not provide the size of vehicle requested. As a result, our group was obliged to incur additional taxi costs. Transport company have refused to accept responsibility for their error or to agree to reimburse the additional costs. Furthermore, they maintained that they had not received the required information about the size of vehicle required for our needs, until I was able to provide email evidence that they had, in fact, twice been informed clearly of what was needed. Once that evidence was presented to them, they ceased to respond to further emails.
    Thus, the engagements between From2 Travel and me have been dishonest. They have tried to evade responsibility for their error, and have reused to make good their error.
    I would strongly advise any potential future customers against dealing with this company - they cannot be relied upon to behave with honesty, nor to even honour the details of a straightforward booking.

    As I was in a taxi, I can provide no review for the minibus driver who brought some of my group from Girona airport to Girona city centre on the date of our arrival
