WH-EXECUTIVE SERVICE was created with the intention of filling a gap in the luxury vehicle hire market. The challenges of our day-to-day sometimes create situations in which companies sometimes fail to have the vehicles they own at their disposal; whether it be due to accident, breakdown or simply because it isn’t viable for companies to own this type of vehicle for occasional use.

With the purpose of going further to meet our customers’ needs, wh-executive service launched the executive car service at the beginning of 2005, a service new to Portugal, which anticipates any company’s possible transport needs.

This new service includes, therefore, a full range of services from executive transfers and transport to the simple hiring of a luxury vehicle, passing through the request for a chauffeur to all the needs of a company.

Is there any extra expense that is not included in the coach rental price?

Can you please confirm that the quote includes bus and driver from 9am to 5pm for a trip from Lisbon center to Sintra.

The rate given is included the pick up and drop of the adress that you inform in Lisbon. Parking and tolls are included during this itinerary.

Dear Rebecca,

However, we were informed that it won´t be possible to drop the group off at Pé Nú Beach Club, they will stay in the Avenida Afonso e Albuquerque, as they didn't allowed the bus to get inside because the it will not have space to turn around because of the others vehicles.

As far as your question is concerned, it's possible the bus drop the group off at Pé Nú beach club, however we received the information that the entrance needs to be paid, we are waitng to know the value of it.

Until 3 business days prior to the date of the service: cancellation fee of 50%;
Less than 3 business days prior to the date of the service: cancellation fee of 100%

To guarantee your booking you should provide us a copy of a bank transfer of 50% of the total amount. The second payment should be done until 7 days prior to the date of service.

Can I pay for the bus rental with a credit card?

I am just wondering if it is possible to make payment via Credit Card rather than Bank Transfer. As I will get charged an international Bank Transfer fee, and would prefer to avoid that if possible?

Please note that the taxes charged by Unicre will also be charged to your credit card (taxes vary between 2% - 5%).

The route to our destination was mountainous, winding, narrow roads and he got our 35 seater through no problem. Those in our party prone to travel sickness were so impressed with the smooth ride. Just excellent driving.
More importantly, Tiago is a great guy. He was so helpful, professional and friendly and really went the extra mile (literally) to make our trip perfect. Thank you Tiago!
