"They actually deserves a 6 star rating. The vehicle and driver were punctual at the arranged meeting point. Very flexible during the entire drive and the bus was a nice lat model with AC and other amenities. Carlos was exceptional in all his communication prior to the excursion and he made it possible to accommodate all our requests. Our group of 40 people was looked after with a personalised service and we can only highly recommend this company for anyone looking to hire a bus for a group event from Lisbon."

17/08/2023 Rating by Ruth Mercado from United StatesCarlos was great--he worked with our budget, he arrived on time and got us from Valenca to Fatima and then to Lisbon safely. My only concerns were:
-in Lisbon, he ended up hitting a car and denting it somewhat on the side. It turned out the car belonged to the person who was checking us into our lodgings. Apparently, he didn't want to accept responsibility for the damage caused. This was a bit disconcerting.
-When we asked if he would take us to the Univ after dropping people off at the lodgings, even though we had a couple of hours left in the allotted time, he did not facilitate this... speaking of extra km charges, charges increasing in the city vs hwy... basically not being particularly helpful. In the end we decided against it.
Other than that, no complaints.

As I drove myself I can explain that the car that was damaged was parked on a pedestrian crossing which is illegal and gave no space for a Bus to make the turn without causing damage. Regardless of what happened I obviously could not fix the car on the spot, she has my details and the insurance will have to sort it out.
I also did not facilitate the trip to the University as it was across Lisbon on an evening with Millions of people (the Pope was in Town and with its narrow streets) and I would have had to charge you as it was not part of the itinerary originally requested and I suggested an Uber rather as it would have been far cheaper for us both as there were 2 of you in a 27 Seater Coach.
I am glad you enjoyed the rest and please do visit Portugal again.

Er werd meegedacht en zijn ontzettend flexibel.
Wij reisde met een groep van 25 en hadden verschillende dagen en verschillende tijden geboekt. Zelfs op t allerlaatste moment, terwijl alles al betaald was, kon er 1 route nog geannuleerd worden. Met de allerbeste chauffeur Carlos heb ik hierover contact gehad en heeft het bedrag binnen 24 uur terug gestort.

No extra fees, tolls for the routes you requested are included. Parking fees are not envisaged for the areas you wish to visit.

I have knowledge of the area but am not a guide, the rate is for transport but if you want a specialist guide the rate per day is EUR150 for the guide
only. I can give you a basic break down and know of some excellent spots in this area.

You are sort of correct, although it does not have a conventional aircon it does has a water/air cooled system which stabilizes the temperature in the Minivan to an acceptable level....
We are yet to receive a complaint and we have done trips accross Spain in the peak of summer.
