Hi there,

You are sort of correct, although it does not have a conventional aircon it does has a water/air cooled system which stabilizes the temperature in the Minivan to an acceptable level....
We are yet to receive a complaint and we have done trips accross Spain in the peak of summer.
Can the bus chauffeur guide us?

Will the driver be able to take us to Sintra and then to other places of interest like an adviser or guide?

I have knowledge of the area but am not a guide, the rate is for transport but if you want a specialist guide the rate per day is EUR150 for the guide
only. I can give you a basic break down and know of some excellent spots in this area.

Carlos was such a great driver, we were very worse for wear in the morning, Carlos assured us we had time and not to worry, he waited around for us to gather as many people as we could and then brought us to are agreed destination. Couldn't recommend him enough.

Wij hebben met 25 personen in Portugal gereisd. In Nederland had ik al via de chat contact met Carlos. Onze chauffeur. Je kan je geen betere chauffeur wensen dan Carlos. Altijd op tijd, super vriendelijk, goede rijstijl. Niets was te gek bij hem. Afwijken van de geplande tijden, geen probleem voor Carlos. Hij stond er weer met zijn mini bus op de tijden wat voor ons goed uitkwam. Hij heeft zelfs pizza’s besteld voor ons en deze hebben we onderweg naar ons hotel in een stad opgehaald.
We konden hem altijd bellen / appen als we hulp nodig hadden. Carlos krijgt van ons een dikke 10 !!!!!

Our driver got the pick up time to wrong for our return trip to the airport. However, he made every effort to still come and get us, which he did and luckily because I had allowed an an extra hour for the journey, we were still able to get there on time and catch our flight. The driver was most apologetic and reimbursed the cost of the return journey as a gesture of goodwill which was decent of him to do.
