Lack of communication after sending various messages to confirm booking and how to proceed with payment/payment received. It did leave me feeling worried. However coach arrived right on time and was a exactly what we needed. It is also not made clear that a 30min stop needs to be made due to the amount of time a driver can drive with out breaks which messed our timings up a bit.

The comapny is really good. we had a number of trips booked in when we got to Portugal and they all went pretty great. Always on time or in contact if not... will definitely use them again if in portugal.

I don't know if the problem was no clear communication about where the driver would be and he was not there to meet us at the arrival gate. I spent 25 minutes trying to find the bus, bouncing around the info desks at the airport who had never heard of the company. I also tried ringing all of the phone numbers I had and nobody picked up.

Booking could be simpler.

Sure, we can give you information for daily allowance. For us either way is acceptable. We usually consider 20€ per meal and 60€ per hotel accommodation which it makes a daily allowance of 100€ per day.

Driver was friendly and nice. We ended up having to stop twice for a 30 min. first time for the drivers break (which the company did not tell us) then again as the pervious break (pre our pick) wasn't long enough. this meant an hour delay we did not account for and meant the people we were meeting at the other end were left waiting longer. However the driver was very nice and when my friend left something on the coach after we were dropped off she turned around and returned to us so we could collect it.

The driver did a fine job of actually driving us and was helpful but he could have called when we were 25 minutes late and should have been at the arrivals gate to show us where the bus was parked.
