Is there a 15 minute wait for the bus when collecting passengers?

Can I pay for the bus service with PayPal?

Is it possible to pay the deposit via PayPal rather than international bank transfer because there is a charge if done via the bank

Unfortunatly, we didn't have "Pay Pal" so, the payment have to be done to our bank account.
So the payment have to be 25% right now to reserve the service and the rest until 3 days before the service. BUT, if it's more comfortable for you, you can pay all the service.
In the price of the coach is included gasoline?

The driver only spoke little of English. Good thing I spoke French because communication would have been very difficult.

I found that Paulo wasn't very much prepared when arriving to a new city. Not only he couldn't find a spot to park the bus, he was usually ''yelling'' at us to hurry and get our things as fast as possible, because he could get a ticket from the police. We did as fast as we could, but I don't think he understood that moving 18 people and their luggages takes more than 2 minutes!

I appreciate that he didn't over charge us with expensive meals and hotels!

I would like to thank Paolo and Ida for their unfailing cheerfulness, helpfulness, punctuality and flexibility. They both endeavoured to make our time in Lisbon as stress free as possible, and our journeys as interesting! We really enjoyed using Rentautobus and I would definitley use the company again!
