At the airport where will we meet the bus driver?

we have just reserved a bus for Mai for a pick up from Amsterdam airport. Our filight ist scheduled to arrive at 9:00 so I have reserved the bus for 9:30 - you think that time is ok? where will we meet the bus driver?

09.30 is oke but if you can give us your flight number the driver can follow your flight and he will be on time at the airport, it's possible you arrive early.

Abouve lane C there is a very big tv screen.
Our coach will be somewhere there under.

Our coaches are white with yellow and have the name OAD.

Where will the coach leave us if the hotel does not have access tofor large vehicles?

The quotation I received from you is for two ways Airport Transfer for 18 persons.
I need another 1 Day coach for 11hours (0900am-2000hrs) for our tour to Zaanse Schans , Volendam, Giethroon . How much do u charge?
