What are the extra bus driver expenses?

Hi I have some quearies about this booking. For example. what are the "other driver expenses" which the client will take care of.
Also, do you know of any places to park the bus?

The other cost are stayover in basic hotelroom incl. breakfast and dinner.

The place to park de bus depends on the Hotel where you stay.

What is the price of a guide on the bus for 4 hours?

We actually need transport for the whole duration of training following this schedule: Feb 26, 27, 28 and March 4 -5.
We need van on said dates, from 5pm - 9pm. Pick-up from MSM and bring to the town or any nearby tourist area for a 4-hour tour. I may also need tour guide, so please quote for one.
