Based in the province of Perugia, bTOUR is a company that provides chauffeur-driven rental services with minivans, minibuses and cars. All our cars are Mercedes brand to ensure maximum comfort during the trip, 24 hours on 24 and 7 days a week.
All our vans, minibuses and cars are of the latest generation to ensure all our customers a mix of relaxation, unforgettable moments, art and culture. All our drivers are trained to adapt our services to your needs and meet them. Our cars have all the passes for local restricted traffic areas (ZTL) in order to not have any problem with parking or reserved areas and thus ensure maximum comfort and rest during travel to major Italian cities.
Firmly believing in punctuality and in delivering quality of service, we carry out our operations in Umbria, Tuscany and in every direction in Italy and Europe offering customized solutions and tailored to ensure the highest levels of comfort and safety and create together memorable memories.
We count on a wide choice of bus tours, transfers to and from airports, train stations, ports and hotels. We rent mini buses and motor coaches with driver for weddings, ceremonies and events, business trips, conferences and meetings.

    The driver did not spoke english, which created some issues when our friends were late. Other than that, we were happy of the service and the trip.

    Assigned vehicle for transfer from Florence to destination was barely large enough for 5 people and luggage yet was advertised to accommodate seven people and luggage. Our group was originally 7 but 2 had to cancel at the last minute. Had they been with us we would not have fit in the vehicle.
    Our vehicle for our daily transportation was very good and more than adequate.

    The only problem with this company is the credit card payment. You should change the system that you are using.
    And its better if you have the option to pay in cash.. this is easier for some of your customers ..

    the quote we offered to you includes a 4 hours disposal.
    Extra, we are able to provide you a guide or tour leader, but we have to know which towns you'd want to visit, beacuse Tuscany is so big and 4 hours are not enough. Something on the road? Landscapes? Wine tasting? What do you prefer?

    Caroline was our driver for the week and did an outstanding job! She went the extra mile by helping with dinner reservations and calling to wineries to alter appointment times when our group was late departing. She was flexible and willing to change pick up or drop off times to adjust to our needs.
