    As I did not use this service personally but booked it for a client. I cannot answer the questionnaire. All I can say is that they were quite bad at communications, especially in English. But they carried out their service.
    That’s all I know about it.

    The original request was to pick up at 12:00 from apartment and drop off at Venice airport 4:30 am. The suggestion by the bus company was to leave at 11:00 to reach by time. Finally the driver dropped us at 2:30 in a middle of car park with heavy rain and 7 sleepy kids. We had to walk down with the kids in rain to airport. The airport was closed until 4:30 and we were outside of the airport. On top, the driver does not understand English. we only understood that this was duzzy company, who hired the bus for the night and had to give back the bus at 8:00 am. Trust with the detailed description, I do not have to make any further comment how we were felling at 2:30 am under the rain in the middle of car park as the bus was not allowed to the departure area.
