While at the hotel, our tour host wanted the coach to arrive an hour earlier than the time I booked, so I requested that 2 days ahead of the transfer (30OCT and transfer was 1NOV), but did not hear back. So I asked them to call the office including the after-hours phone number. They did not reach them that way either. In the end, the time I had chosen worked and the outbound driver was good. Maybe 31OCT is a holiday also but the after-hours phone should be staffed regardless."Florentia Bus srl
