    Driver refused to take us past half of the way of the aftual trip and kicked us out at the first stope leaving us without travel to Turin, this was at midnight. I will be requesting a partial refund.

  • What expenses are not included in the rental quote of the coach?

    In the quotation between points of destination overig and other expenses are mentioned – we would like some definition of these items now and precisely what are you claiming to cover?

    You will pay the tolls directly to you when necessary, as well as parking and room and board for the driver, unfortunately we can not quantify the cost.

  • Kilometer and extra hours of the bus driver have the same value in additional trip?

    Good evening Fabrizio,

    The paperwork indicates one euro per kilometre and time for driver €30 per hour. Would these be the guidelines for the additional travel?
