Established in 1950, International Holidays srl is configured as the reference for the rental of coaches, minibuses and cars with driver in Rome. Our fleet includes coaches from 30 to 56 seats, minibuses from 8 to 25 seats and cars from 2 to 4 people, all equipped with the best amenities, including air conditioning, reclining chairs, toilet, TV, minibar and Wi-Fi. fi. Each year they are checked to ensure the safety of our customers and comply with the European Community to carry out all rental operations. Delle informazioni ke riguardavano l'autobus noleggiato devo die ho prenotato secondo le spiegazioni d'azienda un pullman di anno recente ... sapete coe che ci hanno dato alla dipozicione un veicolo vecchio e sporco! anzi con i miei interventi mi hanno consegnato 3 mezzi diversi: al inizio il pirimo con l'aria condizionata nn funzionabile sin dal inizio! (e hanno fatto finta di non averlo saputo prima!!! durante pioggia l'aqua che scendeva dal sofitto! - mica i miei pasaggeri dovrebero sedersi dentro con l'ambrelloni? la porta accanto pilotta che si apriva da solo! poi col intervento (nell viaggio di ritorno a Monte Cassino ci hanno cambiato l'autobus lasciando ci uno di 54 posti da sedere io invece ho noleggiato e pagato per 55 passaggeri - ci si puo capire un comportamento cosi?? ed ultimo che sembrava il migliore pero in questo nn fuzionava microfono! Ragazzi ci avete messo in rischio assai grave me ed i miei ospiti - ed io responabile di tutto il gruppo nn posso lasciare tutto come non ci fosse nulla! aspetto la spiegazione su scritto perche telefonando mi rispondeva la signora dal uficcio che dei problemi nn sapeva nulla o faceva finta di non aver capito - nn si puo comportare cosi ! Comments from the company: Con riferimento alla recensione del sig KIELAN tengo a precisare che le note scritte dal sig KIELAN non sono vere. Per prima cosa prima di iniziare il servizio il sig. KIELAN ci ha chiesto uno sconto di € 100,00 che abbiamo concesso, per andare incontro al cliente poiché non sapeva ancora quante persone definitive aveva che partecipavano al viaggio: infatti ci ha inviato il programma completo del viaggio, dopo nostre numerose richieste, il giorno sabato 20.10.2018 , la notte prima che il viaggio iniziasse, di domenica, e via email. Ora io chiedo se è possibile organizzare un viaggio la notte prima. Nonostante ciò, abbiamo inviato, la domenica, un bus, che ERA PULITO, e di categoria euro 5, quindi non vecchio, come sostiene il cliente, che ha svolto regolarmente il viaggio. Riguardo la pioggia, per il grave maltempo di questi giorni, la corrente d’aria ha fatto entrare la pioggia nelle canalizzazione del circuito dell’aria condizionata e quindi nell’interno del bus, si trattava solo di qualche goccia; si fa presente che l’aria condizionata era funzionante e che all’interno del bus vi erano 17 gradi e che il sig. KIELAN si è messo la giacca poiché diceva di aver freddo; inoltre la porta veniva spostata dal forte vento ma non comprometteva assolutamente la sicurezza dei passeggeri. Nonostante non ci fosse nessun anomalia, e dopo le numerose chiamate del sig. KIELAN a cui il nostro ufficio ha sempre risposto, ci sono le registrazioni, anzi anche dal nostro ufficio abbiamo effettuato varie chiamata alle quali il sig. KIELAN non ha risposto, dicendo che forse dove era non era raggiungibile la linea, abbiamo provveduto a sostituire il bus, che come abbiamo detto al sig. KIELAN aveva posti 54 e lui ha accettato, perchè crediamo che il gruppo non fosse di 55 persone. Per quanto riguarda poi il transfer di partenza, effettuato con altro bus per nostre esigenze di servizio, di posti 56, si precisa che il microfono era perfettamente funzionante, solo che il sig.KIELAN non lo avvicinava sufficientemente alla bocca. Si precisa inoltre che quella stessa mattina, il sig. KIELAN ha chiamato in ufficio alle ore 05.45, il nostro ufficio risponde sempre!!, dicendo che il bus non era arrivato in via della stazione ottavia ; si precisa che il bus era li, ma dato che il gruppo non era pronto ed ancora doveva uscire, il bus, dato che la via è stretta e dietro sopraggiungeva un bus del trasporto pubblico, ha dovuto fare il giro del palazzo; alle ore 06.00 precise, come richiesto, e come scritto sul nostro disco cronotachigrafo il bus era davanti all’hotel. Infine si precisa che il sig. Rea Luigi ha sempre risposto al telefono, tranne le volte in cui era al lavoro con altri clienti, che come si vedrà dalle altre recensioni sono rimasti pienamente soddisfatti dei servizi e della nostra azienda. Si invita il sig KIELAN ad essere più professionale ed a non scrivere cose non vere, riservandoci il diritto di agire in altre sedi per tutelare la nostra azienda, che opera dal 1988 nel trasporto persone.
