    We were told the company had the proper pass to access the location where we were supposed to meet them, but we were surprised that they parked in the street and asked us to move our luggage across the street in a very ineffient way.

    the tour leader did not understand, in the port of Civitavecchia the tourist bus does not have access under the ship, although we had written to him several times because we know that it is something that customers do not like.
    To go to the meeting point outside the port, there is a free shuttle bus and we have paid a permit to get to the meeting point, as you also pay there.
    the problem was only for the transport of luggage from the free shuttle bus to our bus.
    We couldn't solve it.

    From start to finish apart from a small issue everything worked well. There has been a small language barrier but we have managed to overcome it.

    I confirm you. the bus is 10 meters long and has 40 seats including the hostess seat. in the luggage compartment there should be no problem to load the bikes if you are only 20 people.

    You have to pay for all Mini bus parking or ZTL permits in the cities where it is required.
    In Rome it is already included in the price.

    If you have problems managing the driver's room with dinner at Misia, we can manage it, look for another hotel and charge € 120 per night including dinner (2 nights and then € 240).
