I advised that the bus would not be able to pick up guests at the cathedral in the centro storico but they could park just behind the cathedral. The driver wanted all of 80 of our guests to walk 15 minutes to the harbor in the midday heat. This was unacceptable given there had been clear instructions provided. This led to a severe delay in the driver picking up our guests and was not good service, particularly as this was for a wedding.
