Generally very good service for a round trip across Holland. Clean vehicle and punctual both times. The driver was a nice guy but made 2 mistakes - on the first trip he forgot to bring the child seat we had booked for our 5 year old, although he did remember it on the second trip. But on the first trip we had no choice but to proceed without the child seat, which may be illegal. (n hindsight, he probably should have stopped somewhere and bought one.) We paid a supplement of 15 euros for that so would appreciate a refund - I can't remember whether it was 15 in total or per trip. Also on the first trip, one of us forgot a bag she had put in the overhead shelf, but fortunately since he was booked to come back at the end of the week he brought it back again, However, he should have checked the overhead shelves when he dropped us off and before he left, and it was pure luck that he happened to be making a round trip with us, and that the medicines in the bag were not urgently needed. Both are small but inconvenient issues which we think are worth mentioning .

Thank your for above feedback. About the the child seat. Legal or illegal? Just for your information. The use of a child seat or child protection system for childeren under the age of 3 years ( and in fact for all children of all ages ) on a bus is not mandatory in the Netherlands ( source: ANWB.nl ) . So in that sense the driver did nothing against the law.

The trip was amazing.
We were traveling from Amsterdam to Boom to attend Tomorrowland, this trip was a main part of our plan and it was a total success.
The transport company gave us very clear communication and bearwd with all of our questions and answered them fully before, during and after the trip.

Very bad experience.
Company is not flexible in terms of payment. Due to the difference travel expenses, I requested to pay 50% in advance rather the full amount but they assumed that i dont trust them as a reliable company and hardly accepted later.
They gave me a wrong phone number to communicate with driver and did not even apologize for that.
I informed them before making the reservation that I need the minibus for four days, however, my plan for each day could be changed and it is not fixed. Later when i asked for minor changes, the drivers did not like that and asked for extra charge. They were so rude.

We took notice of your rating and comments. You will probably not be surprised to learn that our observations are different from your findings.
We can not see the point you are trying to make. If a client makes a booking, we like the client to pay. In your case we agreed with a down payment of 50% of total sum. You insisted on not paying the full amount on booking, comfortably by wire or paypal. As a result the drivers had to run around with a lot of cash during the whole trip. This is something we prefer to avoid for obvious reasons and has nothing to do with trust or rather lack of trust. Your argument, coping with ‘different travel expenses’ is completely irrelevant to us.
Wrong telephone number driver
You are right. In our detailed confirmation letter there was an error in the telephone number of 1 of the drivers. The country code said 0033 ( France ) instead of 0032 ( Belgium ). With a positive attitude this is not exactly something to make a fuss out of. Moreover the other telephone numbers we gave you were all correct. With a bit of good will they could have led you within a blink of the eye to the right number.
In addition the error itself has not led to any difficulty. Anyway we apologies for this error.

We follow up on European legislation regarding driving and resting hours. See enclosure. This normally reflects 10-12 services/ day= at disposal of client. For more hours a 2nd is required, costing 275 euro/ day.

Thank you for your message. We have 14 seater, a brand new minibus with large luggage space.
Price for 3 days, 10-12 service hours/ day: 1.800 euro all in.
Please be aware that more hours would require a 2nd driver increasing the cost ( we are bound to following legislation regarding driving and resting time for bus drivers ).

Hi, I'm Young Gil Choi who have made a reservation "MB Sprinter VIP minibus, 16 persons plus driver 2-way transfer Schiphol-Norden-Schiphol" on June 24th and 27th.
the schelduled bus return to Amsterdam was delayed an hour late(originally 2:10pm) on the 27th.
So, the customers waited anxiously and two customers missed the 19:55 flight.
They formally asked our company about the reason for bus has been late, and They have been asking for compensation for the missed of the plane.
because, they have been took a bus(the MB sprinter) that has not arrived on scheduled time on June 27th.
Please reply to the reason why the bus is late at the appointed time and the airline ticket compensation they require.
Here are some facts regarding the return transfers Schiphol-Norden:
- transfer to Norden on 24/6 has run smoothly. Driver has made unplanned and extra stop in Groningen to visit museum and restaurant following request client at no extra cost. Client is satisfied, no comments.
- return transfer to Schiphol. Driver arrived late at pick-up location ( departure from Norden 15.00 h instead of 14.10 h ), so delay of 50 minutes. Delay due to traffic problems.
- driver informed client about the delay and kept contact to inform client about progress whilst driving up to Norden.
- driver was informed on the way back by client that a couple of persons had to catch a plane (we were not informed about any flight or flight details before hand ) and that they needed to be at Schiphol airport at 19.00 h.
- drop-off at Schiphol airport at 19.10 h
Traffic problems on the way to Norden were the cause of the delay. Driver was able to make up lost time resulting in 10 minutes delay at final destination ( Schiphol ).
We, as a minibus operator, were not informed about flight details, so unable to anticipate in time.
We feel that we have have done everything possible (within legal restrictions and at the same time prioritizing on safety) to arrive at Schiphol in time.
We therefore can not be held responsible for a missed plane. However we do feel sorry and would like to show our good will by offering a reduction of 170 euros.
