Do I need 2 drivers on the bus to go from Dusseldorf to Antwerp?

I am referring to the quote for a transport Dusseldorf-Antwerp.

Also, could you please ensure that we have 2 drivers for the trip.

The distance between Dusseldorf and Antwerp is hardly 250 km
No need for 2 drivers.
A second driver would cost a € 250, 00 + taxes extra

Can you tell me the price of the bus for the trip from Hasselt-Tongeren-Hasselt?

Hi,

Could you also give me a quote for a return trip from the holiday inn hasselt to Vrijheidweg Tongeren, Belgium on the 5th of march departing hasselt at approx 8am and returning to hasselt from tongeren at approx 7pm that night.

We will also be taking the airport journey with you so if you could do a deal that would be great.

The total costs for both the trips : quote Thursday Nov 24th + € 159,00 for extra time and kilometers + quote friday 25th = € 1.219,00 Taxes included.

Drivertips not included (free of choise). However, we adise € 20,00 per day

How many seats would we need to be comfortable in a mini bus with 20 people and 20 luggage?

How much would you add to the bus price for adding a 3 to 4 hour visit to Rotterdam?

we want to agree to your proposal, but we need to modify the second transfer from Breda to Leiden (31 october). We want stop for three hours to visit Rotterdam.
The new program for 31 octobre is: Start from Breda at 08:30, go to Rotterdam, visit Rotterdam and after about three or four hours, start from Rotterdam to arrive at Leiden.
Is it possible ?
There are added costs ?

Does the coach driver need accommodation in Amsterdam?

Is the driver local to Amsterdam or will accomadations be required for all nights?

Hello Alex,

Our company is located in Belgium, approx 200km from Amsterdam. So accommodation for the driver is required.
Maybe a good idea to ask the hotel if they have a busparking.
If the hotel is located in the downtown area than surely there is no private busparking available. In that case the driver need to park the bus on the out of town payparking and travel by public transports to the hotel.
Or ....
We have to book a room in an other hotel with parking located out of town
and charge these extra costs

Do itinerary changes increase the budget for the coach hire?

Hi Didier,

What is the reason for the near doubling of the cost of the bus? The route is similar to before with only the dates changing and an addition of airport pickup.

Is the airport pickup a significant cost? If so, I can arrange separately.

we have calculated your new itinerary which has also more driving days.
July 23 until August 4th = 13 days
As the first initerary was july 18 until july 25 which is only 8 days.

How many hours per day is the bus driver allowed to drive?

Hi,

How many hours a day of driving/touring can 1 driver do? I do not have my itinerary done yet, but would like to plan for 1 driver if possible.

By law, in Europ drivers are allowed a maximimum duty of 12 hours per day.
Duty means be stand by. The maximum hour of drive per day is limited to 9 hours in these 12 hours.The maximum duty can be extended with a maximum of 3 hours overtime.
In between 2 days, a driver must take a night-break of at least 11 hours.For dayly drive activity also a driver can not drive for more then 4hours and 30 minutes at one time. After 4 hours and 30 minutes the driver needs to take a break of at least 45 minutes.It is possible and allowed to split the break in to parts. First drive for 2 hours, take at least 15 minutes break, then drive for 2 hours and 30 minutes and take a break of at least 30 minutes.
By not follow these instructions the driver risks enormous fines.

The payment for the rental of the bus will be delayed with 2 weeks, can I reserve it anyway?

In order to send a check or wire payment from our institution, it will take approximately 2 weeks. Can you confirm this will be OK before I initiate the payment? We will not be able to make the 3 day deadline as requested. I could pay you immediately with a credit card but I know this isn't a payment option for you. I really want to book this trip and hope we can make this work.

The Wednesday driver rang the Thursday driver and told him to pick us up in the same place that we had been dropped off, 400m metres from the hotel. When I got to the hotel I realised there was no problem with vehicle access so I had to ring Didier and get the plans changed back to the original arrangement.

The bus was very comfortable and overall the company seemed organised. Didier was always available to help by phone, which was good as there was a language barrier with the drivers.

The driver was not familiar with Brussels and did not have a SatNat so one of the teachers had to use his mobile to get the passengers to NATO and the European Union HQ.

We were all extremely pleased with Mohamed our driver. he was cheerful, obliging and flexible. he handled the bus brilliantly and safely. He was on time for every appointment, he accepted and obliged with any change of plan. The whole group became very fond of him.
If we use ADS again we would like to have Mohamed as our driver.

Vuile bus, niet de bus die ik besteld had, oppikken op ons gekozen adres kon niet (terwijl dit wel duidelijk gecommuniceerd werd), in de terugrit kregen we een bus van 50 personen toegewezen en werden we op een fout adres in Hoboken afgezet.

Dit is helemaal niet ok voor mijn klanten. Alles moet piekfijn in orde zijn.

Nooit meer met dit bedrijf.
