As for this service, yes, it was a chaotic day, we had operational problems with the minibus, there was a serious accident on the road and everything was paralyzed and the driver also broke his cell phone so he couldn't contact him for a while, I was looking for another available driver but everyone was overbooked

But at all times I was in contact with the client informing him that he would suffer a delay in the collection and he was given a €10 discount for the inconvenience caused since he paid the driver directly, that is, it was not deposited in the account in advance (not matter, the service was going to be done anyway) And of course he was apologized, it was explained to him that it was a day that some circumstances occurred that we were trying to correct and that he had a little patience, it was a transfer. We understand the client perfectly for this reason, at no time do we abandon our responsibility to seek a solution.

He was perfectly on time, collaborative and kind, but the minivan was old and one sit was unable.
He kept using his phone while driving even despite we asked him to keep his eyes on the road and we definitely didn't appreciate it, because we were also travelling with children.

I have spoken with the driver, first of all I apologize to the clients on behalf of Mallorca on Route, I am very sorry for the situation in which the transfer on August 11 took place.

It is true that he took the cell phone but it was a moment, although it is company policy not to talk on the cell phone while driving and they normally respect it, for this reason I reiterate and I hope that they accept our apologies for this ill-advised behavior of the driver.

On the other hand, I can assure you that our priority is the well-being and safety of our passengers, which is why I would also like to add that the driver explained to me that the clients were traveling without their seat belts fastened and that they were informed that for their safety and It is mandatory for everyone to wear it and another fact was that they did not wear a mask and in Spain by law it is mandatory on public and private transport.

Not for that, I exempt from our responsibility but as he told me it was a group of people perhaps a little "special", it is not a criticism we simply know that facing the public we always find diversity of situations and people, that although we try to solve any situation so that our work goes well and our clients suffer as little as possible, solve everything that is in our hands without affecting them or being able to notice the change.
