"Worst company I have rented a bus from. Bus picking us op on arrival was over an hour late. The bus picking us up on return journey to airport turned up 3 hours early and left empty without even trying to get in touch. the bus we eventually organised got lost and was late and we had to send some of our guests by taxi to catch there flights which was an added expense of 260 euros, and despite everything we managed to get rushed through the airport and caught our flight with 5 mins before take off. ------------------------------------ REPLY TANSPORT COMPANY: Good morning, I understand your complains, but if you have to be picked up at the airport you have to indicate it, do not put the wrong address on this part, since not even have the flight number as it was not facilitated by you and requested by us without answer. Referring to the collection service, effectively was a coach three hours before and seeing that there was no one at the collection point after two hours he leaved the waitingafter call we have to send another bus from our base which is 1 hour away, we always try to satisfy the customer but your part must be done by confirming and indicating the exact addresses."

Unfortunately he did not speak English and I don´t speak spanish. I tried to call your office again but got no answer. The bus did arrive 1 hour late and he said he got the wrong time from the office. I got no information from you that the bus couldn´t drive all the way to Bodegas de la Sangre in Ronda so when the busdriver dropped us of at a busterminal, we had no idea where to go. Plus, the busdriver did not speak English like I have requested. It all worked out in the end when I found a policeman that could show us the way. ------------------------- REPLY TRANSPORT COMPANY: Good morning we indicated that we speak a little English and if you want driver speaks English must be specified in the budget, where they were left in Ronda indicate that you cannot access the old town of Ronda with coach so I leave the driver at the point where it is left to all customers in Ronda, thanking them for their comments to improve our services Yours sincerely.
