They did not acknowledge receipt of payment despite me asking for confirmation it had been received, and Monica from RentAutobus asking them to respond. Then on the first day they did not turn up and we had to phone them to ask where they were. Next, when they finally arrived they insisted that they had NOT received payment, despite the fact that I provided them with my bank details showing that a payment had been made to their account. As a result they refused to take us anywhere without out cash being given to them. As we were already late for our cricket match and we had wasted more time arguing about payment, we gave the driver the cash. When we were nearly at our destination the driver received a phone call, obviously verifying that they had in fact received payment. The driver apologised and gave us our cash back, but so much time and effort had been wasted when it needn't have. I would suggest the business needs to improve it communications with the customer, and its general administration. On the plus side the lady that was our driver for the remaining 3 trips was very nice, and kept to the agreed times.
