"(Santiago City to Airport, 18/9/2014) Location for meeting coach was not communicated until last moment, and then the map showed the WRONG location! Map showed Colexio la Salle on Rua de San Roque, but coach was waiting 150 m away along Rua de Ramon del Valle Inclan, while 35 people were getting soaked in the rain! response from transport company was slow."
